Bug Description: quest items doesent exist in game. 

1) item is bugged and noone drops it.

The First item actually drops by Loud Etunoch not Cunning Etunoch. It's proably one of the few remaining Translate errors. Try the "Prepare for Counterattack" mission and see if it drops there as it includes all bosses usually.

i have done Loud Etunoch 40x times and Prepare for counterattack over 50x times, still no items.
i know who should drop this and how to obtain them. I have 4 characters whos are lvl 95 in original, i know how this game works. this quest must be broken, cause my 3 friends have same problem in this server.

when quest is active i have to get this with 1 run.
I killed Loud Etunoch and Cunning Etunoch over 50 times, still no items.

I can confirm that these items do not drop (and they are not in the drop table at all - unless I've missed it while searching it through - or at least not with the name displayed).
Quest items should really drop the first time the related battle is completed, but I usually get them during the second or third clear, which is quite okay, so no real problem there. But these two just don't happen at all. I hope it can be resolved soon (I'm a stupid completionist, so I wish these quests wouldn't be left behind in my log till the end of time :'D).
