[Neamhain]

• Changed Neamhain to non-hardcore, enabled Practice mode
  
• Adjusted Neamhain stats accordingly (25m HP, 20k DEF, 100 Critical Resist)
  
• Changed Neamhain time attack mission to <13 minutes
  
• Increased how often you can get accessories from Neamhain box
  
• Lowered [Sealed Raid Enchant Scroll] rates from Neamhain box
  

[Drops]

• Abombination loot now matches other S3 Raids
  
• Abomination can now drop [Sealed Raid Enchant Scroll], [EBPQ Entry Pass], [Daily Mission Completion Ticket], [S3 Raid Victory Voucher], and [Epic/Prime Runes] (on [Heroic])
  
• Removed all [Protection Runes] from the drop table
  
• Removed [S3 Raid Victory Voucher] from [Normal] & [Hard] Niflheim drop tables
  

[Season 2 Treasure Box Drops]

• Revamped the [Treasure Box] loot table
  
• All [Enchant Scroll] drop rates increased by 10x
  
• [Starlight Enchant Scroll] drop rate increased by 30x
  
• [Noble Enchant Scroll] drop rate increased by 20x
  
• [Crescent Moonlight Ring] and [Thunder Ring] drop rates increased by 5x (and added drop chance to 1 additional chest, for 4 chests in total)
  
• [Crescent Moon Announcement] and [Ocean Depths Monster] drop rates increased by 2x (and added drop chance to 3 additional chests, for 4 chests in total)

• [Emerald Belt] and [Ruby Belt] recipes now unlock from clearing Muir on any difficulty
  
• [Emerald Belt] and [Ruby Belt] recipe costs for [Iron], [Cloth], and [Leather] costs reduced
  
• [Crescent Moonlight Ring] and [Thunder Ring] recipe [Iron] cost reduced (50 -> 30), but gold cost increased (1m -> 10m)
