Was curious as to how we'd donate to obtain these items in order to obtain cool costumes and pets, I'd like a specific pet that isn't on the market but is obtainable if I provide the ID for it? Was also curious if I gave you a costume ID would you implement it and allow me to use it?

That's not what I was asking.. I was asking if they'd implement a specific item ID for me for a weapon I really like and wanna have in town that would look really cool.. I also want a pet that's already in-game that id like known as the Golden Chieftain
