Ayy folks!
Just need to clarify one thing: 
Do I need to quest for some time before I can begin earning XP from dungeons? Because I really rather just go full grinding than to play pinball going down left and right everytime I want to experience a character properly :c

No quest needed. If you want to do quests do them.

You simply get exp for the end of the dungeon and can play all the dungeons you want (unlocked by level instead of story)

thx for info, how do you choose DK or Paladin with out doing all the story?

You have to do 9 mainstory missions for those paths.
