[2/10/2025] Dev Blog – Level 95 Raids & Major Updates

Greetings, mercenaries!

This weeks patch is one of the biggest content updates we’ve had in a long time, and I'm thrilled to finally release the Level 95 raids! 
Dullahan, Rupacitus, Arcana, and Aes Sidhe are now available to be challenged, bringing fresh challenges and some seriously powerful rewards. These encounters have been tuned beyond retail to make up for missing mechanics, ensuring they remain engaging and rewarding at the highest level.

Balancing & Community Feedback
With new raids come new gear, and balancing this new equipment is still in progress. We’re actively monitoring how these weapons, armor, and accessories impact the game, and your feedback is invaluable in fine-tuning their performance. If you have thoughts or concerns about the new items, don’t hesitate to share your insights—we’re always open to constructive discussions that help shape a better gameplay experience.

Bug Fixes & Reporting
This patch also fixes a lot of long-standing client bugs, from lighting issues and Nvidia Overlay crashes to faster game launches. However, we know that with any major update, new bugs may surface, and some old reports might no longer be relevant. If you encounter any new issues, please report them immediately. Likewise, if you had previously reported a bug that now seems resolved, let us know so we can clear outdated reports.

[Bosses]
  • Lv. 95 raids have been released! Dullahan, Rupacitus, Arcana, and Aes Sidhe are now available to battle from [Rohorran Prairie]
  • Lv. 95 and higher bosses have had their HP (1.2x), DEF (+3000) increased compared to retail to compensate for missing mechanics
  • Lv. 95 raids on [Hero] difficulty have vastly increased drop rates for rare loot compared to [Hard]
  • Dullahan drops Lv. 95 Dullahan equipment feathers, [Mystical Enhancement Rune], [Dullahan's Essence], [Eternal Legacy], [Damascus Steel], [Time Enchant Scroll], [Stigma Enchant Scroll]
  • Arcana drops Lv. 95 Stable, Keen, Solid, Smooth Legendary Chunks, [Mystical Enhancement Rune], [Eternal Legacy], [Damascus Steel], [Righteous Enchant Scroll], [Reinforced Enchant Scroll], [Conviction Enchant Scroll]
  • Rupacitus drops Lv. 95 Lightweight, Perfect, Solid, Smooth Legendary Chunks, [Mystical Enhancement Rune], [Eternal Legacy], [Damascus Steel], [Immoral Enchant Scroll], [Memorable Enchant Scroll], [Judgment Enchant Scroll]
  • Aes Sidhe drops Lv. 95 Stable, Keen, Lightweight, Perfect Legendary Chunks, [Mystical Enhancement Rune], [Aes Sidhe's Essence], [Eternal Legacy], [Damascus Steel], [Fresh Enchant Scroll], [Echoing Enchant Scroll] [Expeditionary Enchant Scroll]
  • Neamhain cooldown normalized to 24h (previously 12h)
[Equipment]
  • Lv. 95 weapons and armor can now be crafted with Lv. 95 Dullahan feathers and Legendary Chunks
  • Lv. 95 rings and spellbook crafting recipes are now available from Brynn
  • Lv. 90+ equipment can now be enhanced to +21 (base success rate: 4%, increasable by 1.25% to 5.25% with Goibhnius)
  • Enhancing belt now uses [Damascus Steel] instead of [Enhancement Elixirs] at all enhancement levels
  • [Enhancement Protection Rune (+15 - 21)] is now usable up to +21
  • Switching out equipment feather/chunks for Lv. 95 equipment now uses [Damascus Steel]
  • Abomination & Dullahan equipment should now be craftable by profession
  • Abomination Heroic difficulty extra DEF reduced  (5k -> 3k)
  • Abomination equipment now has a 7pc. set effect with [Lugh's Brilliance] ring
  • Lv. 90 earring & belt accessory recipes were moved to Brynn
  • Critical Resistance gained on enhancing armor to +20 has been reduced to +3
  • Enhancement glow effects are now customizable to each players individual client
[Skill Changes]
  • Hurk skill [Active: Berserker] now grants 1.8x Final Damage while the buff is active
[Bug Fixes]
  • All pets should now reset daily
  • Lighting now works properly when using DX9
  • Nvidia Overlay no longer crashes the client
  • Client now opens instantly when launching
  • Karok Pillar Mastery visual AP requirements are now correct
  • [Mystical Enhancement Runes] should now be usable
