Lv. 90 7pc set effects are temporarily being nerfed while a long term solution is being designed.
Any long term solution should achieve the following goals:
- Keep set effects as a way of allowing players to specialize their builds
- Increasing raid diversity (e.g.: give a reason for people to run something besides Regina)
- Doesn't punish existing players who've already built their equipment

[General]
- Lowered the cost of ranking up [Meditation]
- Set the level required to rank up XE Move to 100 so that no new characters can accidentally learn it anymore
- Temporarily changed all 7pc hidden set effects to: 5 Luck, 1 Attack Speed
- Fixed [Peridot Belt] recipe
- Quadrupled the drop rate of Passion/Significant/Fast ES
- Defeating Heroic Blood Lord Reborn may unlock something interesting
