There is no other place to reliably farm Paras atm. Regina, Braha and Lugh drop 2-3, Echo drops 2. Another thing is that veteran players need a lot more Paras to even progress.
Assuming that you max Regina and Echo, which both take around 6 minutes solo, you have ~60-70 paras. But you also invested well above 3 hours. Just for paras. That doesn't seem right to me.
