But regarding your fixed shire stuff i would put it at 600 to 700 fragments just because it is guaranteed.

I'd like to see an s1 seal enchant scroll thing which contains leo, mael, dp, twinkling, bloodlust, wb, enthu and so on. At the same pace or lower like s3 ones.
Muir is almost the only way for new players to farm paradise enchant stones. I'd like an up from 5 aswell in this case but mby to 7 or 8 only and see how it develops.
