It's true that this game is grindy and it's true that you need to put in a lot of time and effort to make it to endgame. However, endgame gear is not a requirement to clear anything. Currently the endgame content consists of S3 raids and such. Endgame gear is not a requirement to do any of these raids.
10 Glas and 10 Reginas are the maximum you can do per day. If I don't have time, I might do 1 or none but, what do I lose out on if I don't do all 10?
I might lose out on an OJ or two. The key word is MIGHT though. I could do 10 runs a day and still get no OJs, or I could do 10 runs and get 10 OJs. This game is about RNG. It's true that if you put in 10 hours a day to complete every single daily, you will have a higher chance to obtain endgame gear. However, this is not 100%. I did at least 30 runs before I got my first OJ piece. I could have run 10 runs a day for 3 days or I could've ran varying amounts for a variable amount of days. This only matters if you're rushing to try to beat a game that has no end. Vindictus can't be beaten for a high score, its an online game.
The goal playing games shouldn't be to reach endgame. Vindictus doesn't have an end, you just continue to play until you don't want to anymore. Achieving endgame gear shouldn't be what you're aiming for. You should be trying to have fun.
If you don't have fun grinding 10 runs a day, then do 1 a day or 2 a day. Progression speed doesn't matter if you're playing for fun. Playing with maxed stats is fun; this is true, but max stats are not a requirement.
You said you spent 5 runes to get to +10, well let me tell you my story. Yesterday I got my weapon to +10, then I failed +11 6 times. I used 2 runes that cost 100 seals and 4 runes that cost 40 seals. That's 7 days of getting all my daily seals. I lost 7 days of time and got 0 progress. This is an example of how I put in time but didn't get rewarded.
The grind is already significantly reduced, you say that its bad that you reach 5 pieces of +10 gear in 25 days. But lets look at it from a different angle. If you wanted to get 5 pieces of +10, it would take you months. Even before enhancing, to get the gear on main server you would need to grind for months.
If I play for a few weeks here, I can achieve the same amount as playing on main for months. I agree that this game is hard, you need to spend time, but that's not as big of an issue on this server. You have runes available for gold, you have access to more raids, drop rates and enchant rates are better. If I put the same amount of time on this server and on main, my progress on this server would be significantly greater. There's no point in crying about slow progression because progression on this server is already drastically faster.
As for 10 Lions, 10 Keaghs, 10 Succys. Once you have your scrolls, you no longer need to run these. It took me a few weeks to get all my Enthus from Succy so now I don't do them anymore. I've consistently done 10 Keaghs and 10 Lions and I've barely gotten any WBs. However, that doesn't mean the drop rates are bad, that just means my RNG sucks. I know someone on this server who got 4 WBs in a day, I've never even had a total of 4 WBs. Its all up to RNG, theres no fighting it. Even if the rates are 99% scroll drop, theres still a chance where you get no scrolls.
S2 easy raids for AP is not required, I never do these unless I'm leveling. AP shouldn't be an issue, you can only spend a certain amount every week, you have plenty of time to make it back up.
S2 raids drop R7 scrolls, these scrolls are basically WB/Enthu but with better stats. If you're unable to do S2 raids then do S1. The difference in stats isn't that great. Once you get your WB/Enthu you can move on to harder stuff. If you attempt to do late game content without any actual equipment, there's basically no chance that you will do it efficiently.
You also say that Colhen is always empty because the server is basically a buffed main server. Although this is not entirely false, we should look at the other side of the same coin. Colhen is empty not because people don't like the server, it's because no one just sits around in town doing nothing. That's not playing the game, that's called being AFK. The server population isn't that large right now. This in conjunction with people actually playing the game makes it seem like town is always empty. I can say for a fact that I see at least some other player everyday.
TLDR :
Its already pretty user friendly; if you put in the work you might get rewarded, you might not. Progression speed isn't the most important thing, the most important thing is to be able to play and have fun. If not having max stats is not fun then I guess Vindictus isn't the game for you.
