Are you launching the game with Windictus.bat?

Extract the client again and run the .bat not an exe or launcher

Yes I run Windictus.bat I opened it and it caused an error.

Can't be as opening it doesn't cause the nexon passport api error. You must have used either the launcher or the Vindictus.exe at any time further. Please try to unzip the client again, add the latest patch and use the .bat againafter deleting the winsi.exe and winsi.dll. If the problem still persist come onto our discord.
