Good day! I've noticed everytime I re-download the game my characters are deleted. Any way to fix this?

If so, you probably typed your wrong password or ID. if there is just one letter, number or whatever wrong, the server generates a new account for you. I don't think there can be another reason for this.

Thomas is correct, make sure you typed your ID and password correctly.
The server does not delete characters on its own.
