i get this error a lot for some reason.at first it hapened in character creation after some tries i managed to create my char but then it happened in the prologue same as before and i finished it i managed somehow to play some hours without problems when tried to buy something from cash shop it happened again.all of that happened some days back but i happened today too so can you guys help me.

You get disconnected for idling around too long. If the game dows not register a ping for 5-10 minites (alot is not on server hosted) you get dcd
