I've seen so many people use event equipment set, how can i obtain those ones ?

You can find those in right corner of you screen - Avatar shop, etc.

It's not about costume, i mean gear as weapon, armor etc. My friends just got it through opening expedition bundle, but i didn't got one even opened lvl 60 bundle...Using trainee weapon till now.
