Erg Crystal Exchange on a NPC - Beoclaw - 07-31-2022
Hello there
Recently i learned Goldsmithing and when i tried to increase the Expertise i noticed that there's a shortage on Erg Crystals.
Except for Life Erg Crystal most of the other Crystals are a pain to get.
For example:
I grinded some Ainle Battles to get some Emptiness Erg Crystals, i farmed roughly about 4 hours and only ended up with 6 Emptiness Erg Crystals in total.
While farming i tested the droprate on Erg Pots and Bosses. Droprate on both is terrible.
So what about adding an Erg Crystal Exchange on a NPC, which would let you exchange Life Erg Crystals to any other Erg Crystal of choice at a 1:1 Rate since the Life Erg Crystal drops more frequently and can be bought at the seal shop as well.
For the NPC choice i think a former version of Nyle as Mysterious Man in the Magic Laboratory would be neat unless its not doable. He sits behind the shelf with the many lit candles on it.
This way players could obtain whatever Erg Crystal needed without the need for countless hours of grinding just for some Ergs.
