[General] Adjusted new character care packages to be more generous Starlight ES is now usable on S3 Rings Spellbound ES is now usable on S3 Rings S3 Ring stats have been adjusted [AP Shop] Enhancement Protection Rune (10-15) AP cost lowered significantly Enhance Rune AP cost lowered Swaying Fires added [Bug Fixes] Fixed Innocent Cry/Tear crafts S3 Ring recipes no longer appear by default (this was a bug -the recipes are unlocked by clearing S3 raids on Heroic difficulty) Lowered S3 Rings to Lv. 90 A Lost Egg is now tradable Ruby & Emerald Belt recipes now correctly unlock on [70-80] difficulty
