You might have weird programs open that the client doesn't like.
Try closing ALL other programs you have running, and then launch Windictus.exe

It is the error you get for using the Vindictus exe.. i couldn't reproduce that error with the other exe. And theres a certain language barrier if you talk on spanish? don't know.
I tried that launcher myself, no luck. I played earlier this year with no issue. Could be my new anti-virus.
