New characters now get a free starting pet, 2x hair/inner coupons, 2x VVIP capsules, SP Potions & Merc+ Potions



but old user can't get starting pet

And it's too expensive to buy.

I think they should give them the same.

You can make a new character and claim the pet.
Pets are account-wide.
